Rudy's Pizza Napoletana is opening in the former French Connection unit in Victoria Street
Whether you have a passion for pepperoni or you're mad for a Margherita, you're in for a treat with 3,000 pizzas being given away to celebrate the opening of a new restaurant in Nottingham. Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana will be bringing its authentic Neapolitan pizza to the city centre this autumn.
The pizzeria will be opening in the former French Connection shop, in Victoria Street, following a makeover. Pizza lovers can sign up for a freebie through the Pizza On Us offer during the first month. According to head Pizzaioli, Lorenzo Floris, the three pizzas to look out for when Rudy’s Nottingham opens are:
Margherita - A classic for a reason, a true test of the mark of a Neapolitan pizza. Rudy’s signature dough topped with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, basil, Gran Padano and extra virgin olive oil.Triple Pepperoni - inspired by Rudy’s New York adventures, Rudy’s signature dough topped with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, Napoli pepperoni, British pepperoni, Calabrian pepperoni, stracciatella and chilli honey.
Porchetta - A white pizza with sage roasted potato, roasted porchetta, smoked mozzarella, caramelized white onions, cracked black pepper and rosemary oil. To be in with the chance of a free pizza sign up on the Rudy's Pizza website. The new restaurant will also create 40 jobs across both front-of-house team members and pizzaiolos.
