LookSee partnered with BusinessTech to conduct a home efficiency survey, which found that South Africans are actively looking for ways to reduce their geyser heating bill.

LookSee has partnered with BusinessTech to conduct an extensive home efficiency survey in South Africa.

For example, solar geysers are often the first option that comes to mind, but these are widely seen as expensive to install and maintain and often battle to provide enough hot water for the family during winter. The best of these options is converting your electric geyser to get power from standard solar panels.

In simple terms, this means that through a LookSee Solar Loan, you could incur no capital outlay, and can begin saving money from day one!The LookSee Home Efficiency Survey found that South Africans are becoming aware of the value that electric geyser conversions provide. By contrast, only 18.5% of respondents wanted to install a solar geyser, while 8.62% wanted to install a gas geyser. While the research revealed a strong interest in reducing geyser heating costs, and huge interest in electric geyser conversions, it also found that most South Africans have not yet taken action.
