Looking in high spirits, Jack, 35, and model Roxy, 32, beamed as they enjoyed their walk as a family of three, grabbing some much-needed caffeine from a local coffee shop, as well as some cakes.– after they were seen leaving the Lindo Wing at St Mary's hospital in the capital with their little girl in a baby carrier.
He captioned the snap:"Well this just happened! Utterly overwhelming and joyous in ways I couldn’t have even imagined. In awe of my partner @roxyhorner who has been amazing throughout this journey and is going to be the greatest mum ever."
