New name for Glasgow primary school as pupils and families vote for their favourite

The two former Glasgow schools have announced their new combined name.

The pupils and families of St Stephen’s and St Kevin’s primary schools helped decide on the name, which has now been announced as St Martin’s primary school. The two former schools moved onto the newly developed £22 million campus in November 2019, and made the decision earlier this year to combine.

A meeting in September narrowed down three potential names; St Martin’s, St Maximillian’s and St Gemma’s.
