Plans are underway to develop a new eco-friendly luxury estate in the Western Cape.
“Drakenzicht is conveniently close to the town’s shopping and entertainment venues but will enable residents to simultaneously enjoy a country lifestyle, with beautiful views of the Drakenstein mountains and a garden environment incorporating orchards and indigenous trees.”The new estate plans to put sustainability and renewable energy at the forefront of its development.
“The estate will be protected by a state-of-the-art security system that incorporates facial recognition, CCTV, motion detectors, electrical fencing and armed and perimeter drone response.”
