New Glasgow restaurant Maison to offer French-inspired menus and terrace dining

Glasgow's latest restaurant and champagne bar, Maison by Glaschu is the latest dining spot from the brand behind other city favourites like Gost and The Duke's Umbrella.

The restaurant firm behind one of Glasgow's most anticipated new venues has revealed more details about what people can expect when it opens next month.

It will also feature a terrace where diners can sit and enjoy lunch and dinner, as well as a private dining space of up to 25 available to book for private dinners and events. The kitchen will be headed up by the group's director of food, John Molloy, who has been with the group for five years. Any of the dishes on the menu can also be spruced up with black or white truffles, hand-shaved at the table.
