Belleville City Council approved an agreement with the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board to continue to market the interests of the City of Belleville in regards to “resident attraction”.
In a report to council, its stated that resident attraction is critical at a time when attracting and keeping skilled workers in the community has been identified as “an obstacle to success” for local manufacturers and businesses as well as attracting new business investment in the area.
