Chioma Angela Onukogu has been appointed by the African Development Bank to the position of Director of Board Affairs and Proceedings as of April 16, 2024.

Before this appointment, Onukogu served as Chief Board Program and Quality Control Coordinator and Acting Director of Board Affairs and Proceedings, assisting the Secretary-General in ensuring the General Secretariat’s effectiveness.
