Moreau called her colleague “principled, meticulously prepared … and dedicated to modernizing” the courts in Alberta.in just five years. As chief justice of Alberta, she also holds the role for Nunavut and the Northwest Territories.Article content

From 1998 to 2017, Khullar worked at Chivers Greckol and Kanee, where she practiced in areas including labour and employment, human rights, privacy and constitutional law. She joined the then-Court of Queen’s Bench in 2017 before graduating to the Court of Appeal the next year.
