Reporting to the Technical Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will collaborate with local IT departments and ISRs across Africa to ensure secure, high-performing, and highly available network environmentsProvide expert-level support for routers, firewalls, and network equipmentPerform firmware upgrades and manage version migrationsMonitor infrastructure using tools such as Centreon and analyze logs for incident severityTranslate business needs into technical network architectureParticipate in new technology evaluations and deployment oversight Security , Compliance & PerformanceManage user access permissions with the Security EngineerMaintain and update documentation, SOPs, and configuration recordsManage UAT per projectConduct quarterly capacity planning ITSM & Operational ExcellenceProvide daily, weekly, and monthly production follow-upsStay ahead through techno watch and innovation anticipationWeekly Africa HUBS Deputy Manager meetings ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Specialist Experience in clustering, replication & load balancing environments.
