Recently, a netizen, who was reportedly unhappy that she had to pay a membership fee to watch Yifei's dramas, left a comment to boast that she used to hit Yifei when they were kids.Said netizen even revealed that she bullied the actress on multiple occasions. From her tone, it was obvious that she did not feel repentant at all.Needless to say, the netizen found herself the target of online criticism.
"She's trying too hard to be famous, that's why she would shamelessly come out and say she had bullied someone," berated one netizen. Other netizens also dug out an old interview of Yifei recalling how she was picked on when she was studying in the US. Then, Yifei revealed that a group of Korean girls used to torment her by pulling her hair or drawing on her body. Their actions caused her to feel very depressed at that time.
Thankfully, Yifei's friends stood up for her and informed the principal on her behalf. The Korean girls were then punished and suspended for a week.
