Like any good competition show, people seem to immediately create alliances, deceive, and cheat others out of the prize. While the stakes in Squid Game: The Challenge aren’t life and death, a glistening, cash-filled piggy bank hanging over the dormitory certainly turns up the intensity. “I’m going to be your best friend, but I will absolutely double cross you,” one contestant says in the clip, while another remarks, “People’s true colors are starting to come out.
