The coffee company will be helping restore 3,750 hectares of spruce beetle affected forests
The coffee company Nespresso Canada will be helping to restore spruce beetle affected forests in McLeod Lake.
After renewing their partnership in 2022, Nespresso Canada donated $100,000 to Tree Canada for several planting projects taking place in 2023. Severely infested with spruce beetle, 3,750 hectares are being restored as part of this ecosystem-wide reforestation project. “It is through partnerships like this that Tree Canada is able to do the important work it does to fight climate change and improve the lives of Canadians. We look forward to working with Nespresso Canada to green communities and rural areas across the country in the coming years.”
