KWAMASHU - Police Minister Bheki Cele has reiterated that police will be on the ground around the country on Monday.Cele and Commissioner Fannie Masemola are in KwaZulu-Natal, assessing police readiness in the province.But Provincial Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi said plans are in place to deal with any violence.They will be stationed at national keypoints.
