Naspers pleased with ecommerce profit as iFood and classifieds surge
Africa's most valuable group, Naspers and Prosus , said on Monday a strong showing from Brazil's iFood and its classified business helped it about halve operating losses and achieve profitability in its ecommerce portfolio in its 2024 year.
Naspers reported on Monday its ecommerce consolidated trading profit improved to $24 million to end March, from a loss of $437 million previously.
