The mum-of-four looked incredible, but it appears the focus was taken away from her stunning figure as fans couldn't help but spot David, 47, in the background. The former Man United star was caught seemingly naked with his athletic body captured flexing in the shots. Even the former spice girl got involved in the hilarious joke, as she pointed out her husband with a little arrow on her story alongside two laughing face emojis.
The pop star turned fashion designer is spending her birthday with her husband David, and their four children - Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 20, Cruz, 18, and Harper, 11 - as well as daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz, 28.
