CAPE TOWN - Alleged underworld gang boss Nafiz Modack's co-accused, Zane Kilian, is set to continue testifying in the Western Cape High Court on Tuesday.
Kilian started his testimony by telling the court he would never participate in activities to harm anyone. Kilian told the court he was in the business of debt collection and vehicle repossession and was assured the tracking service was legal.
