Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs Krista Lynn Howell said close to 200 municipalities have taken training on conduct and code of conduct in province. FileST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Newfoundland and Labrador is providing an update on training for municipal councils and staff.
To date, 1,800 councillors, senior staff and other municipal officials have participated in the training with the department, with 300 councillors having completed all the required training.
