Paul Lawrence cycled just over 4,000 miles in 80 days and raised $26,000 in support of healthy eating.

“If they can set their goal on anything they want to set it on, no matter what, and do it. Even if it’s reading 10 pages of a book for 10 days, or seeing someone they haven’t seen in five years,” he said., a nonprofit providing healthy produce to those in need, according to the organization. Lawrence began his cycling journey July 5 with a ride from the 55-acre farm in Delaware Township where he lives with his wife, Ann.He said he racked up more than 4,000 miles outdoors on a Trek bicycle and indoors in the basement on his exercise bike, depending on weather conditions.
