MyVoteCounts heads to court to stop funding bill allowing unfettered funding for political parties
Civic group MyVoteCounts has launched an urgent court bid to overturn and declare unconstitutional the Electoral Matters Amendment Act.
On Friday, the organisation approached the Western Cape High Court to declare it unconstitutional - a day after President Cyril Ramaphosa signed the bill into law.
