I received a letter in the mail from the DC Office of Tax Records to upload some documents to prove my submission from TurboTax wasn’t fraud. However, the instructions in the letter do not match how the website is laid out. And the website has huge bugs–
it tells me there is an error in what I’ve done, but won’t tell me where. Has anyone successfully used this site or have a suggestion? And why does DC think they can do IT better than Turbotax. I’ve never heard of a successful DC government IT initiative and this is a pretty important one to get right…”
