Granny Shigaraki and mysterious boy in My Hero Academia
Summary My Hero Academia is filled with crucial lessons for viewers, such as the importance of hard work, standing up against evil, and, arguably most importantly, helping those who need it. One of the series' most pivotal themes is how one small positive action towards another can make a monumental difference in the trajectory of their life. A detail at the end of the manga series proves this integral point even further, bringing one character's arc full circle.
In an effort to prevent their Quirk from running rampant, his family sewed his mouth shut and locked him in a basement. This character began to suffer alone, left behind by the family members who were supposed to love and care for him, and seemed to be headed down a dangerous path similar to Tomura Shigaraki's.
Fans were delighted to see this "Granny" character receive a redemption arc and a second chance to help someone struggling find a better path. As noticed by some fans, Horikoshi added a small detail in the final chapter that seems to prove that the boy did not turn to evil ways and that Granny's efforts to aid him paid off well. In the image, he is in Midoriya's class at U.A. High, and even seems to be friends with Kota.
The Boy’s Journey Teaches a Valuable Lesson That Appears Frequently in the Series His Story Shows How Helping Others Who Are in Need Can Completely Change Their Lives Close It is truly beautiful to see how just one simple offer of assistance can completely improve a person's life.
