Mweene was captain of Chipolopolo when Mwepu broke into the senior team five years after the veteran keeper retired the Brighton midfielder wore the armband in the recent games."He is still young, so I think there are way too many things going on in his head now so even if I talk to him now, it won’t make sense to him and won’t also make any difference.
"He is 24 so he has way too many questions right now, but this is a huge loss to Zambian football though at the end of the day his health and life is more important than playing football," says Mweene.
