Murder accused Nqobile Ndlovu and partner Mthunzi Zulu will be back in court for their next appearance on November 28.The matter was remanded for the decision of the Director of Public Prosecution to decide whether the matter will be dealt with at the regional court or high court.
The pair was arrested in May in connection with the brutal killings of Nqobizitha Zulu and Tshiamo Rabanye. The boys, aged five and six, were found dead and their bodies mutilated a day after they went missing in Soweto. Both accused abandoned their bail application fearing for their safety as angry community members threatened to avenge the killing of the boys.
The charges brought against the accused include two counts of murder, kidnapping, perjury, and defeating the ends of justice.
