The terrifying incident happened at a residential block in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, in Zhejiang Province,Thick smoke can be seen pouring from the window behind the mother who had flagged down passers-by on the street. In the video, the mum is seen dangling the baby out of the window before she drops it at least 30ft onto the sheet below.
