South Africa’s second-largest mobile network operator firstMTN SuperFlex is an online, SIM-only, month-to-month tariff plan that offers unlimited voice and SMS messages with a large data bundle.However, the terms and conditions state that SuperFlex is a promotion that will only be available until 29 February 2024.Operators are required to file any adjustments to their permanent tariffs with the industry regulator, Icasa.
Or, in the case of uncapped plans like SuperFlex, pull it off the market if there is a large amount of abuse that MTN’s systems fail to detect and block.
