MTN has announced an extension of Group CEO Ralph Mupita’s contract until 31 August 2030, providing continuity amid global uncertainty and ensuring the company remains focused on its strategic priorities.
MTN has announced an extension of Group CEO Ralph Mupita ’s contract until 31 August 2030. It was originally set to run until 30 September 2025.
“The extension of Ralph’s tenure will provide important continuity during a period of significant global and regional uncertainty,” said MTN Group chair Mcebisi Jonas. “Additionally, it will ensure that the company remains focused on its strategic priorities and continues to deliver on its commitments to shareholders and broader shareholders,” he added.
