Mpox: one death, five confirmed cases and measures unveiled
Health Minister Dr Joe Phaahla says people can prevent the further spread of Mpox if those with suspected symptoms or who were in contact with known cases/patients present themselves at healthcare facilities on time for early diagnosis and effective treatment. revealed these details during a briefing in Pretoria on Wednesday. He said two cases were reported in Gauteng and three in KwaZulu-Natal, with the deceased individual located in Gauteng.
