The sex-trafficking conviction Wednesday of Ghislaine Maxwell, pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein’s “right hand” and associate, was long overdue, the pair’s victims said.
“Having lived with the horrors of Maxwell’s abuse, my heart goes out to the many other girls and young women who suffered at her hands and whose lives she destroyed,” Giuffre wrote.
“The jury stayed focused on what really mattered: Ms. Maxwell played a critical role in helping Jeffrey Epstein sexually abuse girls.” “This is a verdict that is a victory for those survivors,” he said. “They deserve the credit. The vindication is theirs.”
