A Mount Pearl city councillor has reached an important step on the way to recovery from a horrific accident at the Shoppers Drug Mart in St. John’s in May.In a post to Facebook, Kieley told of how she was honored to be a part of the wedding of two dear friends. It marked the first time since the accident that she spent the entire day and night out of the hospital.

She continues to be incredibly grateful and open to all the happiness that she will find on the journey. Kieley said to her sister, Ashley, the week she woke up in the hospital, “Only good things to come.”
