Investigators say the shooting happened following an argument.
Timothy Houston Harville, 58, of County Road 160, Moulton, has been charged with murder in connection with the death of Angela Berryman Hill Harville.
Timothy Houston Harville is being held in the Lawrence County Jail with no bond pending an Aniah’s Law hearing.According to witnesses, Timothy Harville went to the residence of Angela Berryman Hill Harville in the Hatton Community at about 6:20 p.m. Wednesday. An argument started, with witnesses saying that Timothy Harville pointed a shotgun at Angela Harville and shot her in the head.
