Strictly Come Dancing judge to miss this weekend's show
judge Motsi Mabuse will miss the show this weekend after coming into contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid 19.
The 40-year-old judge made the announcement in a post on social media and explained that while she is fully vaccinated, she is not able to travel from Germany – where she lives – back to the UK, as UK Government guidelines do not recognise the vaccines she has received.this weekend.... I was contacted by NHS Test and Trace as being in close contact with someone on Sunday 21 Nov who has since tested positive.

She added: "Our health is the most important thing and luckily I have been tested multiple times this week and am negative. I am healthy, I am with my family, that's what matters! I wish everyone good luck, sending you my love. Keep dancing. Until then, lots of love and stay safe." Oscar-nominee and Tony Award-winner Cynthia Erivo will return to the judging panel in Motsi's place, having previously replaced Craig Revel Horwood last weekend.The BBC released the statement:"We are delighted that Cynthia Erivo will be joining us as a guest judge again, joining Craig Revel Horwood, Anton Du Beke and head judge Shirley Ballas on the judging panel. We look forward to having Motsi back with us next weekend.
