The motorcyclist was traveling at a high rate of speed before colliding with another vehicle, Aurora police said
A motorcyclist died Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in Aurora, police said.
At about 12:05 p.m. Aurora received 911 reports of a crash at South Peoria Street and East Archer Place, according to a news release. Officer found an unresponsive 36-year-old man in the roadway. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.The motorcycle collided with a Cadillac sedan, whose driver was making a left turn from northbound Peoria onto Archer. The driver of the Cadillac remained on scene after the crash. No arrest or summons was issued.
