Accident at the junction of Orchard Road and Scotts Road near Ion Orchard.
A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after an accident with a taxi at the junction of Orchard Road and Scotts Road on Friday night .A motorcycle can be seen lying on the road in the middle of the junction. The taxi was a white Toyota Vellfire, which is a multi-purpose vehicle.
In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force said that it was alerted to a road traffic accident near 350 Orchard Road at about 9.30pm and one person was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. When contacted by Stomp, police said the 48-year-old female motorcyclist was conscious when taken to the hospital.
