A woman and two children were killed when a fire broke out early Friday morning in Brooklyn. Firefighters were on the scene in three minutes and found a 50-year-old mother and her two daughters, ages 10 and 8, in their third floor bedrooms. CBS2's Natalie Duddridge spoke with a neighbor who said firefighters woke her up and saved her life. She also knew the family that died. "Should've heard alarms. If the alarms would have went off, then maybe everybody would be OK," she said through tears."But the alarms didn't go off." Officials said the home did have a smoke alarm. They will investigate whether it was working at the time.
