Fast food chain Mos Burger is investigating an incident in which a man fell ill after consuming a mouldy burger at its White Sands outlet.
He recounted:"The burgers were served cold and upon checking my son's burger, I realised there was mould on the bread."Fatherof2 added:"The staff were not apologetic and did not apologise even when giving us a replacement of two fish burgers."I had food poisoning at night. My son was okay as he did not eat the affected burger."
In response to a Stomp query, a spokesperson for MOS Foods Singapore said:"We are aware of the case and are actively investigating the reported case. Mos Burger has also reached out to the customer to follow up on his well-being, said the spokesperson, adding:"Our priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
