More than a million homes that received planning permission in England since 2010 still haven't been built, Channel 4 News analysis of official data shows. C4Ciaran reports.
The Housing Secretary Michael Gove admitted earlier this week that there aren’t enough homes in this country. Labour said today that local councils should be given more power to build on green belt land – so long as new houses don’t affect the beauty of the countryside.
