The San Antonio airport also had about a dozen cancellations as of 9:30 a.m., according to flight-tracking website FlightAware. The FAA had ordered the grounding of all departing flights overnight Wednesday, but lifted the order just before 8 a.m. Central time. Yet, delays and cancellations are continuing to cascade this morning across the country, with more than 5,000 delays and over 900 cancellations by 9:30 a.m.,
