After a series of miscarriages, Lindsay Hay gave birth to four “thriving” babies.

The Instagram blogger had previously experienced multiple miscarriages, and her doctors worried her tiny frame wouldn’t be able to hold four babies.. “I’m 5-foot-2 and was about 115 pounds at the time and they said my body wouldn’t be able to handle it. They were very adamant about it being unsafe.”In February, Hay shared a photo of her and the quadruplets before-and-after she gave birth in July 2019, and it went viral on Instagram.
“Behind these babies are new marks, rolls, and skin you can’t see but they also came with new strengths I didn’t have before either,” she continued. “We have been so BLESSED and I won’t ever let myself take this life for granted.” Hay recalled being “so uncomfortable” while she took that photo at 30 weeks, that “it was almost impossible to stand.” But at the same time, she toldthat she felt “joyful” to make it that far along in the pregnancy. “Looking at that picture now, I’m like, ‘My little body did that?!’” she said.
