Unused mobile data won’t expire for at least six months under new proposed laws – but MTN has objected, saying that the regulation would favour consumers.

On Thursday, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa received MTN’s response to the draft amendments to the End-User and Subscriber Service Charter Regulations of 2016.
