Mngqithi found himself pushed aside from the co-coaching head coach role he held with Rulani Mokwena after the 3-0 second leg humiliation by Orlando Pirates.From having been the man who makes the last call in matters relating to decisions, Mngqithi found himself taking the backseat as a ‘senior coach’ with Mokwena as the sole head coach.This order stayed like that until Mokwena left though his departure came with Komphela no longer at the club after deciding to leave.
