JOHANNESBURG - Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane has warned State Security Minister Dipuo Letsatsi-Duba that she faces jail time if she continues to refuse to declassify a document she needs for her

investigation into Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan.
