The evidence given by Baldwin Neshunzhi follows admissions from Mkhwebane's advocate, Dali Mpofu SC, she was in unlawful possession of a classified Inspector-General of Intelligence report on the so-called SARS"Rogue Unit" and obtained the wording for her unlawful amendment to the constitutional mandate of the SA Reserve Bank from SSA operative Mal Moodley.
