Investigators probing the Financial Sector Conduct Authority warned Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane that the related report would probably be challenged in court, the committee of the parliamentary inquiry into the suspended Public Protector’s fitness to hold office heard. The FSCA report is among several of Mkhwebane’s reports that were taken on judicial review and set aside.
