During a second day of debate on the State of the Nation Address on Wednesday, the MK Party’s Nhlamulo Ndlela said under Cyril Ramphosa’s presidency, South Africa is a failed state.The MK Party said the sluggish economy and high unemployment rate are indicative of a failed state. “The MK party will not endorse half-baked legislation. We will push for an amendment to Section 25 of the constitution to allow for genuine land expropriation without compensation, to return the land to our people.” Act a betrayal and said his party won’t support it.
