On a more granular level, however, Airdrie had 100 sales in February — a far cry from nearly 300 sales in the same month last year. But activity last month looked more in line with sales for February from 2015 to 2020, according to CREB data.Article content “Canmore, for example, saw 36 sales in February, versus 54 last year,” she says, noting that translates into a decline of 33 per cent year over year, which appears much more significant than when looking at the raw data.
