Kassan Thomas and his twin brother, Kyair Thomas were allegedly snatched from a Honda Accord vehicle on the evening of December 19 in Ohio.
A pair of missing five-month-old twins were allegedly kidnapped from a car after their mother briefly left them alone to collect a take-away pizza. Kassan Thomas and his twin brother, Kyair Thomas from Ohio, US, were last seen in a 2010 Honda Accord vehicle on Monday evening after they were left outside Donatos Pizza's car park in Columbus.
Cops believe suspect Nalah Tamiko Jackson, 24, who is homeless, was inside the pizzeria, but walked out once the mum came inside. They have also confirmed that they received a report that claimed a car had been stolen with two children inside it outside of the pizzeria. A statewide Amber Alert which was issued by Ohio Stateway Highway Petrol at 11.45pm failed to go through and police shockingly revealed that the alert was eventually processed at 1.37am after a third attempt. Chief Bryant revealed “there was a lapse of communication from the executive level” which meant an alert wasn't processed sooner, and confirmed the "lapse" was being looked into further.
