PLANO, Texas — Plano police have issued an urgent Missing Person Alert to help find a man with autism who was last seen Sunday morning.Harper is Black man in his mid-20s, according to Plano police. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He was last known to be wearing a black puffy jacket with jeans and light blue tennis shoes.
