Various rescue organisations assisted in the search to find a man who was swept out to sea.
The body of the 23-year-old man who was swept out to sea at the Eastmoor Crescent beach on Monday last week has been recovered.
According to the National Sea Rescue Institute , the man’s body was discovered on Friday afternoon during ongoing search-and-recovery efforts by eThekwini lifeguards, Kwadakuza lifeguards, NSRI and Metro Police Search and Rescue, the SAPS and Police K9 Search and Rescue.
