He was described as a white man standing about six feet two inches tall and weighing about 230 pounds with a medium build and short, brown hair. When last seen, police added, Normand was wearing a three-quarter-length white coat with fur at the collar; black pants and black shoes.Anyone with information about his whereabouts was asked to contact Gatineau police at 819-246-0222.
